Joseph Stiers

Legal Counsel

Joseph Stiers oversees all legal matters across the corporation. Joseph’s responsibilities include reviewing corporate contracts and working closely with the executive team, corporate departments, and programs to ensure legal compliance.

Prior to joining Vidoori, Joseph worked as a federal criminal defense lawyer. In this role, Joseph specialized in research, writing, discovery review, and client communications. Joseph also has legal experience drafting and editing business contracts and consulting experience at Accenture.

Joseph earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law and a B.A. in Government from the College of William & Mary.
