If you are a Vidoori employee, please use the internal referral system to submit candidates. This program is designed for individuals unaffiliated with Vidoori who want to help us connect with exceptional talent.

By submitting a candidate referral, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

I. Objective

The Vidoori Connect & Earn program offers a one-time bonus payment to external individuals who refer candidates that help Vidoori attract, hire, and retain top talent. Referrals are valid for 6 months from the date of submission.

II. Eligibility for Participation

To participate, you must:

• Be an individual (not a business entity)
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Be at least 18 years of age

III. Individuals and Entities Not Eligible

You cannot participate if you are:

• A current Vidoori employee or an immediate family member of one
• A staffing/recruiting agency or consultant, or an employee/consultant of a third party that receives a fee from Vidoori for hiring services

IV. Non-Eligible Candidates

A referral will not qualify if the candidate is:

• A self-referred individual
• Already referred by a current Vidoori employee
• Currently an applicant to Vidoori (if they have applied within the last 12 months)
• A recent or current contractor, temporary worker, payrollee, or consultant
• A provider of services to Vidoori within the past 12 months
• A former Vidoori employee
• A family member of a current Vidoori employee

V. Payment Terms

When your referral results in a successful full-time hire, and the referred candidate:

• Acknowledges your referral,
• Completes 90 days of continuous, active employment with Vidoori,
• Is in good performance standing at the end of the 90-day period, and
• Remains actively employed at the time of bonus payment,

you will receive a one-time bonus of $2,000.

Additional Requirements:

• The candidate must be hired into a position eligible under the program.
• You must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or any additional documentation Vidoori may require) before the bonus is processed.
• Bonus payments will be processed within 30 days after the candidate completes the 90-day employment period, with payments made on a 1099 basis via company check or direct deposit.

VI. Process for Referring Candidates

All referrals must be submitted through our online portal at:
www.vidoori.com/connect&earn

Your submission must include:

• Your Name & Contact Information: (phone number and email address)
• Candidate’s Full Name
• Candidate’s Contact Information: (phone number and email address)
• Your Relationship to the Candidate
• Job Area of Interest: (job number is optional)
• Candidate’s Resume: (and any other applicable documents)

Note: Only one candidate per referral submission is allowed. If the candidate appears to be a match, we will contact them directly. The candidate must acknowledge your referral and apply online through our website.

VII. Tax Liability

All bonus payments under Vidoori Connect & Earn are paid on a pre-tax basis. You are responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes. Vidoori will report all referral bonus payments to the appropriate tax authorities.

VIII. Additional Information, Rules, and Guidelines

1. Qualified Positions: Eligible positions for referral bonuses are listed on our referral program page.
2. Multiple Referrals: If more than one individual refers the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first submission received.
3. Residency & Age Requirements: You must reside in the United States, possess a valid Social Security number, and be at least 18 years old at the time of referral.
4. Submission Requirement: All referrals must be submitted via our official portal. Submissions that are incomplete or submitted via other channels will not qualify.
5. Program Modifications: Vidoori reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time, at its sole discretion.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Vidoori is headquartered. Any disputes will be resolved through final and binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of Liability: Vidoori’s total liability under this agreement shall be limited to the lesser of your actual direct damages or $5,000.
